Tempting Kate by Jennifer Snow @JenniferSnow18 #Review

About the book

Everything depends on this one day

Would anyone hire a wedding planner who was left at the altar? The answer, Kate Hartley has found out, is no. It's been nearly a year since her fiance abandoned her at their destination wedding, and Kate's career is nearly toast. Unless she can pull off the wedding of the century for her new clients, a Hollywood power couple. So why is the groom's brother, sexy-as-hell resort owner Scott Dillon, trying to stop the wedding?

Scott wants to do the right thing the bride-to-be is keeping a secret and Scott's brother deserves the truth before he says "I do." But if Scott doesn't stop trying to stall the wedding, he'll ruin Kate's career, not to mention any chance he has of being with her.

My Review

I thought it was great how quickly the story got going and especially how the plot moved along with no slow parts. We are introduced to Kate and she has had her confidence knocked badly by her ex fiancé. I loved how she was trying to rebuild both her life and her business after the actions of the man she once loved. Kate is independent and strong which are great personality traits, I was definitely rooting for her.

Scott is the perfect love interest he's smart, strong and protective of his brother. I think I probably fell a little bit for him too! I loved the interactions that Kate and Scott shared they were at times fun but packed full of flirting! However with Scott trying to throw the wedding off course can Scott and Kate find their happy ever after?

I loved the setting of Big Bear for the wedding it really was the perfect place for a wedding. Then of course to see Kate and Scott trying to contain their sizzling chemistry aswell as a few secrets along the way. This book was fun, flirty and pretty sizzling at times but also had a lovely heart warming feel to it. I pretty much read Tempting Kate in two sittings it was perfect to unwind with and forget all about your day!

Flirty, sizzling & lots of fun!

Thank you so much to Jennifer Snow for my copy. This is my honest and unbiased opinion.
